Domestic Shipping Policy

• We ship Free via FedEx to the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited and Intercontinental shipping is available upon request. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Items that require framing after purchase will process in 7-14 business days to allow for the framing process.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO Address Shipping Fees

• A $75 shipping fee will be added to Online Orders shipped to these areas.

• Online Authentic Autograph Item Shipment Processing Time - Authentic Autograph Item online orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Online Laser Engraved Item Shipment Processing Time - Laser Engraved Item online orders are processed within 5-7 business days to allow for manufacturing.
• Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes - Community Auctions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

No-Hassle 30 Day Returns

• Your satisfaction is our top priority, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
• Any disputes must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Community Auctions.
• Community Auctions will not refund above and beyond the original costs. Any additional charges incurred by the winning online bidder, including appraisals, insurance, return shipping, etc. will not be covered by any refund.
